Cumberland County grand jury indictments include drug possession weapons electronic devices in prison

BRIDGETON — The following people were indicted by a Cumberland County Grand Jury last week:* David W. Andreoli, 24, of Bayberry Lane, in Vineland, for one count of fourth-degree resisting arrest.* Anthony S. Broome, 22, of East Avenue, in Vineland, for one count of third-degree aggravated assault.* Jason Esprit, 27, of South 2nd Street, in Millville, for one count of third-degree possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and one count of fourth-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance — marijuana, for both counts.* Terrance P. Fox, 20, of North 3rd Street, in Millville, for one count of fourth-degree resisting arrest and one count of fourth-degree obstruction.* Preston J. Green, 29, of D Street, in Millville, for one count of second-degree burglary, one count of third-degree terroristic threats, one count of third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and one count of fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.The alleged weapon in this case is a brick.* Rashaan Harris, 28, an inmate at Bayside State Prison, in Maurice River Township, for one count of third-degree use of certain electronic devices in correctional facilities.Harris is accused of using an “electronic communication device,” according to the indictment.* Raul Lopez, 24, of North Delsea Drive, in Vineland, for one count of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance — cocaine.* Adrian D. Petway, 28, of South 2nd Street, in Millville, for one count of third-degree aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.* Christopher L. Radford, 28, of Mays Landing Road, in Millville, for one count of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance — cocaine.* Juan C. Torres, 32, of West Montrose Street, in Vineland, for one count of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance and one count of third-degree possession of prescription legend drugs.Torres is accused of possessing alprazolam — commonly known by its trade name Xanax — which is used to treat anxiety disorders.* Tatrein D. Waters, 18, of Hampton Street, in Bridgeton, for one count of third-degree hindering his own apprehension.
